Morristown invades Chattanooga and wins

The 2007 BlueCross BlueShield Riverbend Run & Walk took place this morning under ideal weather conditions. With over 1000 combined participants in the 10K, 5K, and the walk, It was a great event. The walk was a non-competitive (non-scoring) event but I saw many future runners racing their way down the one mile course. The 5K and 10K were competitive races. The 5K overall winner was UTC's M. Mentz in the 15:30's. The overall female in the 5K, invading Chattanooga from Morristown and conquering the Riverbend Run was none other than future Moc, Tara Gietema.
