Meet Information
ELIGIBILITY
Competition is open to all boys and girls in the listed age groups below.
EVENTS LIMITS
There is a three (3) event maximum for the 10 & under, 11-12 divisions. There is a four (4) events maximum for 13-14, EVENT MAXIMUM includes RUNNING and FIELDS EVENTS.

ENTRY FEE
An entry fee of $15.00 per event ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED AND PAID ONLINE (Including relays) by entering at the link below. No paper or faxed entries will be accepted. YOUR ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNTIL ONLINE PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED. NO REFUNDS !
ENTRY DEADLINE
The entry deadline is February 24, 2016 (midnight EST) NO EXCEPTIONS
Awards:
Awards will be given to top 3 places in each event. Awards will be distributed on the upper level concorse of the MSHA Center at the same location as packet pick up.
Parking:
All parking lots will be available on the weekend.
Packet Pick up:
Packets will be available at the concession stand upper level concourse. Packet Pickup will open at 7:15 AM. There are no bib numbers for this event. Hip numbers will be distributed at the check in area and will be placed on the left hip or chest. Please make sure your athletes tuck in their jerseys.
Meet Schedule:
Events may run up to 1 hour ahead of schedule. Please listen for your event call. We will only call each event two times. Age groups of like sex may be combined in distance races which have minimal participation. The meet will run on the schedule listed below moving from youngest to oldest age groups Girls first - Boys to follow / All races are section versus time finals - no prelims. Field event participants will recieve three attemps in the horizontal jumps and throws.
