Additional Notes-A Freshman/JV division for the Long Jump, Shot Put, 1600, 100 and 400 will be offered. These events are being offered so the young ones can have an opportunity to participate and experience an invitational type meet. They will not be included in the team scores.
Entry Fees:
The entry fee is $75 per gender team or 10.00 per athlete for teams entering less then 8 athletes.
$5 per entry in the MYA Middle School 800.

Entry Deadline:
Opens Thursday, March 6 and will close Friday, March 13, 2014 @ 11:59 a.m.
Event Check In:
Field events will check in at the event location.
Running events will check in with the clerk of course. Athletes should check in at second call of their event.
No Coaches Meeting:
Coaches can pick up their team packets at the main gate.
Hospitality:
A hospitality room for coaches will be provided.
Admission:
$5 per day.
Awards:
Awards will be given to all divisions. A T-Shirt and medal will be awarded to event and relay winners. Medals will be awarded for second and third place. A Team Champion trophy will be awarded to the top boys and girls team.
Entry Limitations:
Each team will be allowed a maximum of three (3) entries in each individual event and one (1) entry in each relay event. We will follow TSSAA rules. A contestant shall not be entered in more than four (4) events, excluding relays. A contestant shall not compete in more than four (4) events, including relays.
EXCEPTIONS:
Each team will be allowed to enter 5 athletes in the Freshman/JV events.
The MYA Middle School 1600m run will be limited to first 36 boys and 36 girls who enter.
Qualifying Standards: THERE ARE NO QUALIFYING STANDARDS. All heats will be seeded according to times given. False entry times will result in a NT.
