Brentwood placed third at the RunningLane Cross Country Nationals last season and has won four Class AAA State Title in a row and open and debut this season in the number position.
Preseason Rankings - Girls
For the second edition of our MileSplit Tennessee Coaches' Poll, voters were provided the Top 20 teams based on our returner team rankings feature and asked to rank the top ten in order. Teams were awarded points based on votes then divided by the number of voters to provide a rating index. Much like the BCS Rankings from college football, 1.000 would be considered a perfect team rating meaning every voter ranked your team number one. Here are the rankings based off those results.
