In Mid-October, we ran a report that compared runners in the Class Of 2023 to their best time from their freshman year. Hardin Valley's Madeline McColl ranked fourth on that list with a total improvement of five minutes and thirty seconds. The growth, as you'll hear, did not come easy. She sat down with us to discuss the process of personal growth which is a valuable message to have in this Salute To Seniors series for runners who may not yet see the light at the end of the tunnel.
