What does it mean to be named to the Shrine Bowl Run team and help the hospital?
I am honored to participate in the Shrine Bowl Run. I am excited to run with other SC seniors to support an important cause.

What did you hear about the Shrine Bowl Run before this year?
I heard that you run a relay with a football, and that everyone enjoys running together.

What do you hope to experience during the event?
I am excited to meet with other runners and join together for a meaningful event.

How are you preparing to run with a football?
I was born prepared.

How would you rate your senior season?
I am excited that Dreher won the first team and individual XC state championship in school history, so it was special to be a part of that. However, I failed to achieve most of the other goals that I set for myself.

What future goals do you have?
Sub 8:55 3200, sub 4:10 mile, become a national caliber athlete.

Have you made the decision to compete at the next level? Please explain.
I am excited that I will be running at the University of Tennessee.

How did you get involved with the sport and when?
I got involved in sixth grade when I ran middle school track. I ran two to three miles everyday to get better at soccer, which didn't happen. But I did get a lot better at running, so I started running cross country and track.

Do you have any relation or know someone that has attended the Shriners Hospital?
I do not know anyone that has attended Shriners Hospital.

How have you seen the sport change in the state? Please explain.
Every new class gets faster and the bar is always being raised.

What was your motivation for your final XC season?
Win State as a team, make Coach (Tim) Supplee proud and to reach my goals.

If there is one thing in the world you could do, what would it be and why?
I would go on a run with Eliud Kipchoge to gain some wisdom from the goat himself.
