"Sarah started out her first year of track a little hesitant… barely able to handle a baton let alone the starting blocks! But she showed great determination, believed in the Track program at SBA, and had a strong drive to be successful. The hard work and dedication paid off very well for her!" Said sprint coach Ted Paduck. She likely will run the 100M, 200M and the 4 x 400M relay team at the Citadel. But before that, she has high expectations for herself and her team during her Senior year at SBA. SBA head track coach Dianna Cervetti says, "Sarah is such a hard worker in both Track and Academics and has progressively taken on more of a leadership role on the track team. She will be a great asset to The Citadel Track. I'm just sorry we're losing her."
