Meet Information
This meet is the QUALIFIER MEET for BOTH ELEMENTARY & MIDDLE SCHOOL State Cross Country Championships at Victor Ashe Park in Knoxville on October 24
PLEASE NOTE: There will be no BOX assignments at this meet. Schools are allowed only one box per race - please line up your athletes at the start line accordingly. Do not
place your team signs over more than one box. The boxes on each end of the start line are reserved for Unattached athletes only.
COURSE MAPS:
CLASSIFICATION/ELIGIBILITY: Elementary School, Grades 3, 4, 5
Middle School, Grades 6, 7, 8 (8th-graders who compete for their High School team, JV or Varsity, are
not eligible.)
ENTRIES/SCORING/FEES:
10 Runners in the Start Box for the Varsity race & no limit in the Mixed JV Race.
Scoring will be traditional XC
Top 5 runners are Scorers, 6 & 7 runners are Bumpers

$60.00 for First 7 Entries
$ 3.00 for Each Additional Entry
Individual
$20 per Entry
NOTE: A team with 5 or more runners who pay as Individuals may still compete as a Team, as long as they indicate their Team affiliation when they register and wear a clearly identifiable team top/uniform.
ATTN: If your team is registered with MYA for competition this fall, your league/membership dues include your entry fees for Regionals, but you will still need to register for the meet.
Checks can be brought to the meet.
