Registration
Deadline: Sunday October 25th, 5PM
$75 per team per event (Varsity Girls and/or Varsity Boys) *No JV races
$10 per individual athlete (for teams with less than 5 runners)
Checks payable to: Evangelical Christian School
Packet Pick-Up
Coaches can pick up their team packets (with chips and bibs) near the finish line area up between 2:15PM and 3:45PM on Oct 27th.
Meet Schedule (rain or shine):
4:00 PM - Varsity Girls (7 race, 8 can be entered)
4:40 PM - Varsity Boys (7 race, 8 can be entered)
~5:15 PM - Awards
State Qualification
Top 5 teams (new rule) and Top 5 individuals (not already on top 5 qualifying teams) advance to the TN State Champs
Location
Race Course
The 5km race course created by Memphis Youth Athletics will be used for the D2A West Region Championships (i.e., same course as the Frank Horton).
Team Areas
Team tents can be set up in the area just east of the start line or south of the finish line

Parking
Please see the parking map below. NOTE that we will not be able to park in the white fence area just south of the finish area due to heavy forecasted rain overnight. Please park at the Mullins Station Road Entrance.
