Meet Schedule:
730am Course Open
815am Girls Varsity
840am Boys Varsity
910am Combined JV 2 Mile (if this race becomes too large we will split boys and girls)
(10 person Varsity Races as you can see race times are tight so if you have a runner that is 25min plus please run them in the JV Race)
The race will be held on the grounds of Welch College in Gallatin, TN.
Saturday morning August 8, 2026
Parking for the event will be at Station Camp High School (Please do not park on the Welch campus or Lower Station Camp Creek Road, Gallatin PD will ticket)
Team Fees - $100 per team (a team includes all runners boys and girls, JV and Varsity)
Medals for top 10 in each race
Station Camp High School Parking (we will ask for $5 parking)
