SHARP SPRINGS INVITATIONAL
CROSS COUNTRY MEET
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 09 2010

The meet will be held on Course # 1 at Sharp Springs Park (Same as the MSCCA Championship Course).
The course is a flat fast open 2 lap course, measuring 3.1 miles (5k). Please follow signs for parking. Restrooms and concessions will be located at the pavilion. The Gold division race is traditionally for stronger teams (AAA teams and strong AA teams). The silver Division race is for A-AA teams and AAA teams who maybe weaker or in a rebuilding year. Out-of-State teams are welcome. Directions are available on the MSCCA website: Use Google search and type in Mid-State Cross Country Association or MSCCA.
Special Note: Gold and Silver races, by gender, will be run together, but scored separately.
MEET ENTRY: Coach O event online service will provide entry application and must be submitted by Wednesday, October 05th midnight. Please contact me by phone (615-618-6739) or by email (evansa@rcs.k12.tn.us) if you have any problems. The Coach O website is www.coacho.com, click on calendar and follow instructions. The website will give you confirmation and also mail a list of your runners.
ENTER FEE: The entry fee for the varsity race is $35 per 5 to 7 member teams. Both Boys and Girls teams combined would be $70. If you enter a varsity team, there is no charge for J. V. There is no limit on J.V. runners. The middle school team is $20 per team (10 runners max.) both boys and girls teams would be $40. You can run a 2nd team for an additional $10 (10 runners max.). There is no middle school JV. Please make checks payable to LaVergne High School. Checks will be accepted on day of race. However, there is a $10 late fee.
