Coaches,
Thank you for competing with us at Lipscomb Academy Wednesday, March 18th. This email contains the information you will need to know and relay to your team and families. Please read all the information below and email me if you have any questions or concerns.

Meet Entry Specifics:
- You will need to register your team through milesplit and will receive a meet invite from them.
- Entries will close Tuesday (3/17) at 10:00 P.M.
- Field Events begin at 4:00 P.M... Pole Vault @ 3:30 PM
- Running begins at 5:00 P.M.
- Again You will receive an invite through milesplit that you must register your athletes through
Meet Entry Specifics:
(3) Throwers for throwing events
(2) Entries per all other field events
(4) entries per individual running event
(1) relay team
This meet has no entry fee or cost of attendance for fans. Your team's cost of attendance is to run off your team's assigned field event starting at 4:00 P.M. (Pole Vault at 3:30 PM) Below you will see the Field Event Assignments.
Field Event Information:
- Boys and Girls Long Jump will take place on their own runway beginning at 4:00 PM
- Boys and Girls Triple Jump will begin after long jump at the same respective pits
- Girls Shot Put will begin at 4:00 and boys after
- Boys Discus will begin at 4:00 and girls after
- Boys and Girls High Jump will compete together and start at 4:00 PM
- Boys and Girls Pole Vault will compete together and start at 3:30 PM
Field Event Responsibilities for Schools:
Co-Ed Pole Vault (Nashville Christian and TN Heat) - Pole Vault will start at 3:30 PM.
Co-Ed High Jump (Lipscomb)
Boys Long Jump and Triple Jump (Whites Creek)
Girls Long Jump and Triple Jump (Davidson Academy)
Shot Put (Grace Christian)
Discus (Caine Ridge and Nashville Christian)
Your Field Event score sheet will be at the timing shed near the finish line.
We will have hard copies of the Meet Program for you and your coaches when you arrive. Please help your athletes locate those to help assist them in knowing what heat and lane they will be in for each race.
