Welcome to the 2nd Annual Sabota Classic Throws Only Meet
We will have a 4:00 start time. We will have a short introduction and presention of the Sabota family.
Girls will do discus first then boys shot to follow
We will allow each thrower 2 throws at a time. We will mark each throw and measure the farthest throw,
They will each get 4 throws and then the top 9 will each get 2 throws in the finals.
The Sabota Classic is designed to give all throwers the recognition they deserve. This meet focuses on celebrating the accomplishments of throwing athletes and creating a fun, competitive atmosphere.
We will award PR Medals to any athlete who throws a Personal Record (PR) during the meet. Athletes must have a sanctioned mark on record to qualify for a PR medal. We will also award medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each event.
All throwers and PR performances will be announced over the PA system to recognize each athlete's achievement.
This is a great opportunity for throwing athletes to compete, improve, and be recognized for their hard work.
Registration closes on March 9th, 2026 at Midnight
Entry Fee:
$10 per athlete
$50 team maximum
We will be setting up a Givebacks link for online registration soon. Teams may also pay at the event by check.
