Division 1 - Class AA - Section 6 Regional
This meet is the State qualifier meet for Class AA - Section 6. Only schools that are in Class AA - Section 6 will be allowed to enter this meet. A schools (Section 4) and AAA schools (Section 8) should register for regionals through tnmilesplit in their respective divisions. Top 4 teams in the Class AA - Section 6 Regional will advance to the state championship. The top 5 individual runners, who are not on a Top 4 team, also qualify for State. The State Championship will be held Nov 6-7 at Shelby Farms.
Special Note: A and AA will run their regional race together. The timing organization will pull results apart so that the state qualifying teams and individuals from AA and A will be identified. While A and AA teams are in a combined race, state qualifiers will be identified for each respective division (A and AA).
Meet Schedule:
A-AA Boys - 3:30 p.m.
A-AA Girls - 4:00 p.m.
AAA Boys - 4:45 p.m.
AAA Girls - 5:15 p.m.
Only 7 runners allowed per team.
Deadline for entries is October 26th
Cost: $50 per school. Please make checks payable to Houston High School
(Note: Houston HS is hosting the AAA meet and has made arrangements for
park rental, timing organization, and will have an ambulance on site. Your fees will help defray the cost of these services).

Course: The 5k regional course is the same course that was used in the Frank Horton Classic and will be the course used in the State Championship.
