Meet Information
**This is an invite-only meet. First wave of invites have been sent out**
Please join us for our 5th Annual Coffee County Invitational held on the grounds of Old Stone Fort Golf Course. This will be a HS and MS meet that will be limited to invited teams. We are doing this because we need to keep the meet under 350 runners. The first wave of invites have gone out. If there are spots available after the first wave, we will open it to those on a waiting list. If you did not receive an invite and would like to be on the waiting list, please send an email or text. Sorry to be strict, but the parking is an issue and we can't have 600 runners like we did last year. The HS course is a two-loop, accurately measured course that is relatively flat and fast with only a small amount of elevation. The Middle school course is a 2-mile, relatively flat and fast course. The meet will be chip timed and all results will be uploaded to Milespilt.
Schedule of Events:
4:30 - MS Combined
5:00- HS Girls
5:45 - HS Boys
6:30 - Awards
- High School may enter up to 10 runners per event (10 girls and 10 boys), Middle School can enter a combined total of up to 15. Medals will be given to the Top 10 in each event.
-First and Second Place Team Plaques will also be awarded in each division.
Cost:
High School - $60 per gender, $120 total.
Middle School - $50 per gender, $100 total.
Individual Athletes - $5 per runner
-Checks may be mailed ahead of time or brought to the meet.

Parking - $5 donation to help support Coffee County XC Programs. Parking will be tight, so please try to carpool.
-We will have a Shaved Ice truck on site and concessions available in the pro shop. Due to spotty cell signal, card reader may not work at the shaved ice truck, so bring cash.
