-Scoring  10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 for all events. 

-(3) entries per team for each individual event.

-(1) relay entry per team for each relay.

Top 4 in each event advance to the State

Championship held at Austin Peay State University, May 17, 2025.

Tie Breakers must take place for anyone tying in the Top 4 of any field event. 

 TSSAA Uniform Rule

All uniforms must follow the NFHS Rules. The referee will

warn every participant prior to the meet that they must compete in a legal

uniform, and if a contestant competes in an illegal uniform, then that

contestant is disqualified from that event. There are no team warnings or

individual warnings after the meet begins. Officials should use preventative

officiating as much as possible.

Number of Events Open to Participants

1. No contestant may participate in more than three events in any meet. This
   
   regulation applies to all track competition - regular-season meets as well
   
   as invitational, conference, sub-sectional, sectional, regional, and state
   
   meets.
2. A school may enter no more than three girls or three boys in any individual
   
   event and no more than one team in a relay.

FIELD EVENTS open at 3:30PM for warm-ups, and will begin

promptly at 4PM. 

COACHES MEETING at 3:15PM near start/finish line. 

IMPLEMENT WEIGH-IN  will open at 3:00PM at the Field

House Flag Pole. 

The boys shot put must weigh 4.0 kilograms

The girls shot put must weigh  6lbs.   

           

The girls and boys discus must weigh 1 kilogram.

***  All implements that pass weigh-in can be used, and

must be available to all competitors to use in competition.
