UPPER LAKES CONFERENCE MEET 2025 PRESENTED BY CITIZENS BANK

UPPER LAKES CONFERENCE TEAMS FOR SCORING PURPOSES INLCUDE:

**Elizabethton, TN High, Volunteer, Unicoi County, Sullivan East, Happy Valley, Johnson County, and University High School**. 

ENTRY FEE: $150 fee per school, or $15 per athlete if not bringing team. $5 admission fee for spectators. 

Please make checks payable to EHS Track & Field.

Each team will be allowed 4 entries for each event.  Non-scoring B team sprint relays (2 entries per team in 4x1, 4x2, 4x4 allowed).  

Unlimited 3200 team entries (Slow section will be held at 4:30 during field events).

TSSAA limits 4 events total for each athlete (field and running combined).

Field events will start at 4:00pm for this meet.  Slow section of 3200 will begin at 4:30.  4x800 will be at 5:00. 100/110 hurdles will begin at 5:30.  There will be a rolling schedule after hurdles. 

Coaches meeting will be held at 3:45 by the timing tent at the finish line. Also, we will need coached to help with marking vertical and horizontal jumps and the shot and discus throws. Thank you.

Meet Schedule:

4:00                    Girls: Discus, High Jump, Long Jump, Pole Vault

                            Boys: Shot-put, Long Jump
