Mid-South Relays (Both HS and MS) 2025

2025 Mid-South Relays  March 22nd   @ Bartlett High School

Entry Fees-

Varsity Fee: $100 The entry fee is $100 per boy's team and $100 per girl's team. 

Middle School Fee: 50.00 The entry fee is $50 per boy's team and $50 per girl's team.

INDIVIDUAL Fee: $15 per athlete 

Make checks payable to Bartlett Track Booster Club or Bartlett High School Track 

Entry fees can be mailed or paid the day of the meet at packet pick-up.

 Entry Deadline:

Opens Monday, March 10th  and will close March 20th  @  noon

 Event Check In:

Field events will check in at the event location. Running events will check in with the clerk of course located at behind the home side bleachers. We will walk athletes to their race.

Coaches Meeting:

Quick coaches meeting at 8:30 a.m.  

 Hospitality:

A hospitality room for coaches will be provided.

Admission:

$10 per day. Pay at the gate.

Athletes must wear uniform for admittance.  Those with sweats/warm-ups without a uniform on will be required to pay.

 Entry Limitations:

Each team will be allowed a maximum of four (4) entries in each individual event and two (2) entries in each relay event. We will follow TSSAA rules. A contestant shall not be entered in more than four (4) events, excluding relays. A contestant shall not compete in more than four (4) events, including relays. 

EXCEPTION-OPEN division events will be allowed more. See meet schedule for limits. Open divisions will not be scored.

 Qualifying Standards: All heats will be seeded according to times given. False entry times will result in a NT.
