    -Opens February 1, 2025

    -Closes February 25, 2025 at Noon.

Entry Information

    -No Entry Fee

    -Non Scoring so will not count as a meet on your schedule

    -TN schools only. No clubs or unattached athletes. 

    -Individual Running and Field Events Only. No 3200 or relays.

    -3 event limit per athlete. Unlimited entries per team per event. 

    -1st legal jump/throw will be marked. Athlete must meet standards for next 2 throws/jumps

Merch

    -Concessions will be for sale. 

    -$8 Gate fee. Cash only.

Basic Information

    -We will make a set time schedule and stick to it the best we can. Once we have entries and heats we will communicate the schedule out. 

    -Tents must be put up in the top section of the home side bleachers or anywhere on the visitor bleachers. You

    may also place them on the hill side by the scoreboard. 

    -Check-in will be on the football field. No teams or athletes may camp out on the football field. Only     athletes actively checking in/finishing an event and leaving the field may be on the field.

    -Teams will get one warning. After the first warning, we will begin scratching athletes and/or teams. 

            -Athletes must be in the check in area when their event is called to walk to the line. They will be taken to the starting area as a group. If they miss being called to the line by the clerk, they will be scratched. 

            -Please reinforce all of this with your athletes.  

    -Hospitality will be provided for coaches. Wristbands will be handed out at the Coaches Meeting.  Breakfast and     Lunch. 

    -Coaches Meeting at 8:15 AM.

    1st Round of Field Events: 9:00 AM 

            -Boys Shot Put (3 throws, 32 FT minimum)

            -Girls Discus (3 throws, 50 FT minimum)

            -Boys Long Jump (3 jumps, 17 FT minimum, at the Football field pit)

            -Girls Long Jump (3 jumps, 13 FT minimum, at the Lane 9 pit)

            -Girls High Jump (3-10 opening height)

            -Girls Pole Vault (6-0 opening height)

    2nd Round of Field Events when the first round ends. Listen for announcements.

            -Girls Shot Put (3 throws, 22 FT minimum)

            -Boys Discus (3 throws, 80 FT minimum)

            -Boys Triple Jump (3 jumps, 30 FT minimum, at the Football field pit)

            -Girls Triple Jump (3 jumps, 26 FT minimum, at the Lane 9 pit)

            -Boys High Jump (5-0 opening height)

            -Boys Pole Vault (7-0 opening height)

    Running Events (Girls run first): 11:00 AM first event. Time schedule will be sent after entries close.
