To participate in this meet all teams have to be sanctioned with one of the following organizations:
TSSAA (Tennessee)
VHSL (Virginia)
NCHSAA (North Carolina)
KHSAA (Kentucky)
Basic info:
Entry Fee:$150 (whole team), or $15 per athlete with 6 or less participants. Make Checks payable to "Tennessee High School."
Entry Limitations: Each team may enter a maximum of 3 athletes per event, except in 3200, and JV 800, where unlimited team 3200 & JV 800 entries will be permitted. Tennessee rules limit athletes to a maximum of 4 events for whole meet.
Entry Deadline: Thursday, April 10th @ 10:00pm
Bathrooms: All spectators and athletes will use the restrooms located in Viking Hall. There will be signs posted on where to go and security inside Viking Hallbuilding.
Concession: There will be a concession stand provided for fans and athletes located in field house below the score board.
Hospitality: will be provided to all coaches for breakfast (Mcdonalds, Hardees & Bojangles) and lunch (Bristol BBQ). Hospitality will be located behind concession stand in field house.
Parking: park buses in parking lot on Southside Ave located behind the school and adjacent to track. Spectators can park on Edgemont Ave, or in parking lot on Southside Ave.
B Relays: non-scoring B relays will be allowed in 4x1, 4x2, 4x4.
Awards: 1,2,3 in each event; Most Outstanding Field, Most Outstanding Runner, Team Overall, Team Runner-up
Admission: $7 admission for all spectators. Encourage parents to bring seating
Tents: Setup tents anywhere outside the infield
Infield: will be for warmups and coaches only. No spectators will be permitted in infield at any time.
Race Heats:All heat races will be run slow to fast (we give awards at finish line)
Field Event Flights: all field event flights will be best flight first
Throws: 1st legal throw will be measured, there will be minimum mark after that
Horizontal Jumps: 1st legal jump will be measured, there will be minimum mark after that

We will start the hurdles at 1:00. We will have a rolling schedule from that point on. Have your athletes at the track early to ensure they are ready for their event.
