8:20 a.m. - Women report to start line 8:30 a.m. - Womens 5K race 9:05 a.m. - Men report to start line 9:15 a.m. - Mens 8K race
Awards ceremony - immediately following the Mens 8k Race
High School Division
8:00 a.m. - Packet pick up opens, Course will not be available for warmup as other

10:20 a.m. - High School Girls report to the start 10:30 a.m. - High School Girls 5k Race unlimited 11:05 a.m. - High School Boys report to the start 11:15 a.m. - High School Boys 5k Race unlimited

Middle School Division

11:50 a.m. - Middle School Girls report to the start 12:00 p.m. - Middle School Girls 3k Race unlimited
12:20 p.m. - Middle School Boys report to the start 12:30 p.m. - Middle School Boys 3k Race unlimited Awards ceremony - immediately following the Middle School 3k Race
Course Information: The course is generally set up as a large and open spectator-friendly 1k loop. The course is grass and dirt and it is considered rolling to level, but fast.
Entry Fee:
College: $150.00 per team/$300 for both male and female.
High School Varsity: $75.00 per team/$150.00 for both male and female.
Middle School: $50.00 per team/$100.00 for both male and female.
Individuals: $25.00 Any College or High School (Associated with a School)

Due to rule changes no high school or middle school individuals will be allowed unless they are on an officially registered team in the state.
All college entries should be completed online through Direct Athletics at DirectAthletics.com by Thursday, September 5th, at 5 p.m.
All High School and Middle School entries should be completed online at tnmilesplit.com by Thursday, September 5th, at 5 p.m.
Team Parking Area: Teams are asked to park in the far lot adjacent the Library. Signage will be in place to direct vans and buses to the appropriate lot(s).Packet Pickup: Team packets with race numbers, timing information and starting box assignments will be distributed from the red top tent set up near the finish/start area.
Restrooms & Team Tents: Restrooms for both participants and spectators will be available in the Library adjacent to the course. Team tents will need to be setup across from the course in the grass beside the Library.
Timing & Results: The races will be timed by provided by slipstreamtiming.com or their associates will feature live statistics using a 1k split. Meet results will be loaded to TFRRS and tnmilesplit immediately following both races. All times, places and team finishes will be distributed digitally. Awards: The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams for both genders will receive plaques
Top ten individuals in each race will receive T-shirt.
