Online Registration Instructions
St. Mary's School will be hosting our 3rd annual cross country invitational meet on our beautiful campus. This meet is meant for smaller schools that qualify to compete in Class A for the state championship. Please contact Coach Josh Gregory at joshuabgregory@gmail.com for the password to register and for any other questions. The course will be the same as last year.
Elementary Coed Race (Grades 1-5) - 4:30 PM - 1 mile
Middle School Girls - 5:00 PM - 2 miles
Middle School Boys - 5:30 PM - 2 miles
WeRunEvents will be timing the meet. Ribbons will be given out to the top 10 individual boys and girls in each race. Trophies will be given to the winning teams for the middle school girls and boys, with regular cross country scoring of 5 scoring runners and 2 pushers. Awards for the elementary race will be given out right after that race, with awards for both middle school races being given out at the end of the meet.

Runners will complete a loop course on the school and church grounds. The loop is one mile, so elementary runners will run the loop once for a 1-mile distance. The middle school runners will run the loop twice for a 2-mile distance.
Payment should be brought to the meet in the form of a check (preferred) or cash. The cost is $35 per race for a team with a maximum of $90 per school. Individual runners can sign up for $10 per runner. Teams may run up to 15 runners per race, but only the first seven runners will be counted for points.

The race will start and finish on the soccer field to the left as you enter the school/church driveway. The green line on the map will be the start line. At the end of the first lap, middle school runners will follow the blue path, which connects them back into the course for the second lap. At the end of the second lap, runners will follow the yellow line diagonally across the soccer field to finish at the black line. The course is 2 miles for the middle school races. The course is very similar for the elementary race, but the runners will only run one lap (1 mile), and they will turn a little earlier to connect to the yellow path and finish at the same black line.
Please park in the large lots marked with the Ps on the map. Do NOT park in the grass, at the rectory, or in the small lot past the steeple. There are a limited number of parking spots adjacent to the soccer field, but these are reserved for the timing crew and one vehicle per school to park to unload tents, drinks, and other supplies. Team tents can be set up along the far side of the soccer field from the driveway between the start and finish lines. Restrooms are located in the lobby of the church.
