Reminder that the top 4 in each event qualifies for the TMSAA State Track Championships to be held on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Fortera Stadium on the campus of Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee.
Number of events open to participants:
1 - No contestant may participate in more than three events in any meet. This regulation applies to all track competitions (regular season, invitational, conference, sectional & state meets).
2 - A school may enter no more than three girls or three boys in any individual event and no more than one team in a relay event.
Coaches meeting will be at 3:45pm at the start/finish line.
Field events will begin at 4pm.
The implement weigh-in will begin at 3pm near the pole vault area at the south end of the track.
The boys shot put must weigh 4.0 kilograms (8.818 lbs).
The girls shot put must weigh 2.744 kilograms (6 lbs).
The girls and boys discus must weigh 1 kilogram.
*** All implements that pass weigh-in and can be used, must be available to all competitors to use in competition.
$7 admission for spectators.
Concessions will be available.
Gates will open at 3pm.

Running events will start approximately 15 minutes after the field events are completed.

100 meter LH
110 LH
100 meter dash
4x200 meter relay
1600 meter run
4x100 meter relay
400 meter dash
800 meter run
200 meter dash
4x400 meter relay
Awards will be given to the top 3 in all events and the top two teams in all divisions.
All uniforms must comply with NFHS rules.
