Meet Information

This meet is intended to be a time-efficient weekday meet. For that reason, we are limiting entries to 4 athletes per open event.
We will offer all events. This should be a FUN meet that gives athletes an opportunity to compete.
Entry Fee is $50.00 per team. $100 for both women's and men's teams. Please make checks out to Oakland High School Track. We will accept checks on the day of the meet, OR you can mail them ahead of time to ATTN: Carol Keener, 2225 Patriot Drive, Murfreesboro, TN 37130.
$5 gate fee for everyone school aged and up. Cash only please.
We will have concessions: cash or card.
A false start will be a disqualification.
Athletes will not be allowed on the infield unless being escorted by a clerking official.
Athletes should report to the clerk of course to check in after the first call has been given. This will be a table over by the guest bleachers. Be sure your athletes have used the restroom and have everything they need to race when they check in, so they do not have to leave the staging area. We cannot wait for athletes who are not in staging when their group has been escorted to the start line.
Teams can set up their tents on the practice football field behind the home bleachers. This will also be the area where athletes can warm-up. No warm-ups on the infield.

Coaches' Meeting - 4:00 @ Finish Line
Field Events - Will begin at 4:30
4x800m - 4:30 - Rolling schedule to follow. Athletes may return to field events after they run.
