Field Events to start at 4:45 and Running Events at 5:45.

4:45:

Girl's Shot followed by Boys

Boy's Disc followed by Girls

Girl's and Boy's Long Jump

Girl's and Boy's Pole Vault

Girl's High Jump followed by Boys

Girl's and boy's Triple Jump will happen once the Long Jumps are completed.

5:45: Running Events Girls followed by Boys:

4 X 800 - running boys and girls together

100 Meter Dash

4 X 200 Meter Relay

1600 Meter Run

4 X 100 Meter Relay

400 Meter Dash

300 Meter Hurdles

3200 Meter run - running boys and girls together

4 X 400 Meter Relay

We will run 2 sand pits at the same time, (Girls nearest to the track)(Boys pit is closer to infield). This should help Long Jump and Triple Jump athletes.

We are providing 2 relays to run in each relay event, however, only the A team will be scored!
