Deadline to enter is 3/27/2024 at 9am.

Blocks will be provided. 

Coaches will NOT have to work field events.

Coaches may be needed to work relay zones and move hurdles. 

Coaches meeting at 4:30 pm

Field events will start at 5:00 pm. Field Events can start checking in at 4:30 pm. Field events should be checked in at 4:50pm. 

Running events will start at 5:30pm

• Boys Discus (75ft)
• Girls Shot Put (23ft)
• Boys Long Jump (13ft)
• Girls High Jump (Opening height 3'10")

Second Round of Field

• Girls Discus (55ft)
• Boys Shot Put (27ft)
• Girls Long Jump (11ft)
• Boys High Jump (Opening height 5'2")
• Boys/Girls Triple Jump (No Minimum)

Running events will start at 6 pm and follow the following rolling schedule:

100H/110H
