Meet Information
St. Mary's School will be hosting our 2nd annual invitational cross country meet on our beautiful campus. This meet is meant for smaller schools. Please contact Coach Josh Gregory at joshuabgregory@gmail.com for the password to register and for any other questions. The course will be the same as last year.
Elementary Coed Race - 4:30 PM - 1 mile
Middle School Girls - 5:00 PM - 2 miles
Middle School Boys - 5:30 PM - 2 miles
Trojan Timing will be timing for us. Ribbons will be given out to the top 10 individual boys and girls in each race. Trophies will be given to the winning teams for the middle school girls and boys, with regular cross country scoring of 5 scoring runners and 2 pushers.

Runners will complete a loop course on the school grounds. The loop is one mile, so middle school teams will run the loop twice for a 2 mile total distance, and elementary teams will run the loop once for a 1 mile distance.
Payment should be brought to the meet in the form of a check or cash. Cost is $25 per race for a team. Individuals can sign up for $5 per runner. Teams can have as many runners as you want, but only the first seven runners will be counted for points.

The race will start and finish on the soccer field to the left as you enter the school/church driveway. The green line will be where runners start. At the end of the first lap, runners will follow the blue path, which connects them back into the course for the second lap. At the end of the second lap, runners will follow the yellow path diagonally across the field to finish at the black line. The course is 2 miles for the middle school races. The course will be very similar for the elementary race, but the runners will only run one lap, and they will turn a little earlier to connect to the yellow path and finish at the same black line. The course is 1 mile for the elementary race.
Please park in the large lots marked with the Ps on the map. Do NOT park in the grass. There are a limited number of parking spots adjacent to the soccer field, but these are reserved for the timing crew and one vehicle per team dropping off tents, drinks, and other supplies. Team tents can be set up along the far side of the soccer field from the driveway between the start and finish lines. Restrooms are located in the lobby of the church.
