Coaches,
Thank you for attending the 2nd Annual Colonel Ross Memorial Dragon Invitational presented by Moody's Automotive of Jamestown. This meet is only open to Scott County, Sunbright, White County, McCreary, Livingston Academy, Clarkrange. If you are not listed and would like to attend please contact me directly.
We will have a brief coaches meeting at 3:45. We will start Field Events at 4:00 PM. We will run the girls and boys 4X800 at 4:00 PM consecutively. Running events will begin at approximately 5:15PM. (We try to give field athletes that run a break before running events start)
Remember this meet is FREE. We do have FAT Timing. We will allow unlimited entries per event so all kids can participate. Please keep it within reason though. However, please follow the 4 events per athlete rule. We will be awarding 1st and Runner-up Place Girls and Boys Team Trophies. We will be awarding an Outstanding Female Athlete and Outstanding Male Athlete Trophy as well.
The Top 3 finishers in each event will receive a medal. The winning relay team in each event will receive medals.
We will present Team trophies at the conclusion of the Meet. (Should take about 3-5 minutes to get results).
We Look forward to seeing everyone on Thursday April 27th.
GATE ADMISSION FOR SPECTATORS: $5.00 (Please let your parents be aware of this)
The Meet Registration window will close on Wednesday April 26th at 8:00 PM. Please try to limit scratches if at all possible. Obviously, some are unavoidable but we wont be able to reseed heats during meet.
