4:15 Girls 3200 then Boys 3200
5:30 Running Events, girls run before boys and sections versus time for all events.

Each team may enter three individuals per event and one relay team. The Tennessee entry limitation is that no contestant may participate in more than four events. Online entry only, there will be no race day entries
It is very important that coaches be honest and accurate in turning in their athletes
