Meet Information

The meet will begin at 04:10pm with field events. Running events will start after field events are done.

There will be a brief coaches meeting before the meet at 04:00pm.

Entries must be submitted by 11:00 pm on 4/04/21.

Once entries are submitted, no substitution will be permitted in open events. Sheets have to be printed and lanes assigned ahead of time. The Fee per school is $80 ($40 boys/$40 girls)

The meet will be timed with a FAT system.

Each team is allowed up to 8 athletes in each open event 

The gate fee is 6 dollars(this goes for school aged children). All tickets will be purchased using GoFan. Track is allowed 1000 tickets for the track meets at BHS.  I will provide you with the GoFan ticket link one day before the scheduled event (links will not be made public on the GoFan app). I say one day because with our sport being outside the weather will dictate if participate or not and Tennessee weather is unpredictable. If a ticket is purchased and it rains,  the ticket will still be honored at the rescheduled rainout event date. 



A false start will be a disqualification.

Athletes will not be allowed on the infield unless being escorted by a clerking official.

Athletes should report to the clerk of course to check in after the first call has been given.

Athletes may warm up on the practice football field behind the visitors stadium.

Middle School Order of Events:

1600 Meter Run(JV)

100/110 Meter Low Hurdles (30)

100 Meter Dash

1600 Meter Run

400 Meter Dash

800 Meter Run

200 Meter Dash

*Girls go first in each event, then boys.
