2nd-8th Graders ONLY!  

THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR THE ENTIRE 4 MEET SERIES! NO INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION PER MEET. Date are 4/16, 4/23, 4/30, 5/7.  Registration will be opened once everything is confirmed waiting on confirmation from the track. 

***A school cannot register their athletes for the 4 meet series.  This must be done by a parent or guardian as we are required by USATF to collect waivers from each athlete.  School coaches will, however, ENTER their athletes in races each week, done through TN.Milesplit listed in the calendar under the date of the race.  Entries must be in by the Wednesday before, except the first meet which needs to be entered by 4/14.  If you are a coach please contact me to get the code.

Once you register and pay here you will be able to be entered into events on the individual meet pages. You will receive a code to enter your events and you must do so each week by Wednesday of the week of the meet. IF YOU HAVE A TEAM - your coach will enter you in events but YOU must register here for the entire series first in order for your coach to be able to enter you.

Meet Series registration instructions:

Please read carefully to know how to register for the 4 meet season AND how to enter events each week. This will be slightly different from last year as everything will be done through TN.Milesplit.

First: This Registration is ONLY for all 4 meets, you are registering to run the series. There is no individual meet registration. It is $65 for 4 meets, whether you can make them all or not. Parents must register their child/ren for the season through TN.Milesplit.(here)  If you have more than 1 child participating, you will have to register each child separately as they do not have a multiple registration function, so sorry! This must be done FIRST and by 4/11/2023 to be able to enter that athlete into races (instructions to follow). I will send out a code to enter your child (or for your coach to register them) on 4/12. Athletes must be entered into races by 4/14 in order to race on Sunday the 16th.

To register your child for the 4 meet season, click register at the top of this page (TN.Milesplit) or if you are on the NYA website go to https://tn.milesplit.com/meets/533112-nya-meet-series-registration-2023#.ZDHpUy-B2Lc.  

If you have an athlete with an account, select that athlete. If you do not, click "create new athlete" in the upper right-hand corner. You will come to a "Choose Divisions" page, click the Open Mens 2nd-8th grade button. Don't worry about the Import Entries, just click Continue Import - Skip import. On the next page click Add Entries on the Registration Fee tab, then click your athlete from the list on the right side of the screen, enter your child's DOB, then Save and return. Then on the next screen, you will see Make Payment. Click this to pay with card. Please save a copy of your invoice in case something goes wrong. Screenshot the invoice page NOT the email confirmation.  All payments must be done online. Your child will not be able to race without paying.
