Meet Information
This race is a qualifier for the TMSAA State Cross Country Championships. All entrants in this race must be a member of a TMSAA School. Only 6th-8th graders will be allowed to participate.
There will be a fee of $50 for a girls' team and $50 for a boys' team for each school participating in the championship series. Check with your school administration to see if this was paid with your school's membership in August. This can be reviewed on the school ledger on the TSSAA Portal.
This is your TSSAA fee, you will not pay TW Hunter/Beech any money to compete.
PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR VARSITY ATHLETES IN THE VARSITY DIVISION. You can submit ten names, but only seven will run in the Varsity Division
Girls Varsity: 8:30am
Boys Varsity: 9:15
Combined JV: 10:00am (coaches will time their own athletes; the race video will also be uploaded to YouTube)
Awards: 10:30am
This meet will be held at Sanders Ferry Park (513 Sanders Ferry Road, Hendersonville, TN, 37075). There will be a $5 parking donation.
