KEEP OFF OF THE HOLSTON HOME Main CAMPUS. An address near the car parking entrance - 1453 TN-HWY 70 Bypass. Please DO NOT attempt to enter the Main Campus of Holston Home or Beacon School.

***Parking***

We are encouraging the use of the parking area located near the starting line off of Holston Drive. A parking donation of $5 per vehicle or $2 per person will be requested from all spectators to support the maintaining of these facilities. There will also be some parking available at Legion Field.

Access to the course is off of TN 70 Bypass (Asheville Hwy or Lonesome Pine Trail). There is also a small parking area near the starting line off of Holston Drive. Parking at businesses along Summer Street is NOT recommended. These are active businesses and need to keep their property clear. Any vehicle parked on business property is subject to being towed at owner expense. Meet hosts and sponsors cannot be held responsible for parking on active business property.  Parking is restricted to designated areas at the XC course. Spectators will be directed to a parking space upon arrival. Please do not attempt to park in areas to which you were not directed.

Holston Home is a working childrens' homePlease DO NOT attempt to enter the Main Campus of Holston Home or Beacon School. This presents security problems when outsiders enter the campus.

Once again, KEEP OFF OF THE HOLSTON HOME Main CAMPUS. An address near the car parking entrance - 1453 TN-HWY 70 Bypass. Bus Parking location will be at Legion Field on Summer Street.

Busses should park at Legion Field unless otherwise notified.  Bus Parking location will be confirmed a few days prior to the meet. 

Girls race begins at 4:30 PM with boys following. Unlimited entries. The meet is open to all comers. This meet will serve as the Greene County Championship Meet with the top 10 runners from Greene County teams in each race being named All County. The meet will also serve as the District 2 AA (Twin LakesConference) Meet. District 2 AA teams are Cherokee, Claibourne County, Cocke County,  Grainger County and Greeneville. The top 10 runners from this group will be designated All Conference. The top finishing team from these two groups will receive Championship Awards. There will be no team awards in the open division. The top 3 finishers in the open race will receive medals. We will have one race but scores will be separated for these recognitions.

Special awards:  Our courses sponsor is offering to donate commemorative t-shirts to all participants and coaches in this year's race. For your team to receive these shirts you must send your roster with sizes and totals to kelleyholter@holstonhome.org no later than October 8, 2022.

There is a $60.00 entry fee per school. Checks should be made to Shoestring Boosters and may be brought the day of the race.
