Meet Information
NASHVILLE TRACK AND FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2022
**VERY IMPORTANT..This meet is open to public and private located within Davidson County.
Day 1: Tuesday (April 19) -Girls Running Event Preliminaries and Boys Field Event Finals @ 4:30 p.m.
Day 2: Wednesday (April 20) -Boys Running Event Preliminaries and Girls Field Event Finals @ 4:30 p.m.
Day 3: Friday (April 22) -Boys & Girls Running Event Finals @ 5:30 p.m
*There are NO preliminary races for the following events: 3200 & 4x800 relay. These races go straight to finals on Friday evening.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Friday-April 15, 2022 at 11:59pm CST.

Entry Fee & Registration Details
-All entries MUST be made online at TN Milesplit.
-Each school may enter (2) athletes per event and (1) relay team for each relay.
*For the 1600 & 3200 races. Each school can enter 3 athletes.
-Athletes may be entered in a total of four events. (This includes, field, running & relays)
-Entry Fee is $50 per girl team or boy team or $100 per school (boys & girls teams both participating).
-Entry Fee checks need to be made payable to Harpeth Hall School and received by Tuesday, April 19,2022.
*Important-After all entries have been made please print a hard copy of entries for your records!
Running Events:
-Top 8 overall times will advance to finals on Friday.
Field Events:
-Athletes will be allowed four throws in the shot and discus and four jumps in the long jump and triple jump.
-Depending on the number of participants, minimum field event standards may be enforced (for instance, an attempt will need to meet or exceed a predetermined standard to be measured).
*Athletes in multiple field events must check in to all events before they start.
*There will be no substitutions in the field events.
Relay Entries:
-Relay cards must be completed with all six entries and turned in to the clerk by first call for each relay.
-Any four of the six athletes listed on the card may run in the preliminaries and the finals if they have not exceeded their maximum number of events.
-Coaches should have these cards ready for athletes to present to the Clerk.
*All 4x800 relays will go straight to finals on Friday night. (Your 4x800 relay cards will still be collected on Tuesday for the girls and Wednesday for the boys)
Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.
NEW**Backpacks awarded to all event winners. Shirts will be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place.
-Team awards for first and second place.
-MVP award for the most valuable female and male athlete of the meet.
