We will have a table set up for donations for "Live Like Eli" foundation

As most of you know Eli Cramer a former Riverdale HS runner was tragically killed by a drunk driver during a training run with his teammates (Miligan University) in Williamsburg, Virginia on March 31, 2022.

*Meet updates*

We will split the Middle Schools boys race into an "A" &"B" groups. Teams can have up to 14 runners in the "A" group. "B" is unlimited. The "B" group will start 5 minutes behind the "A" group. All runners will be scored together. But times will be based off of when they started. Coaches need to have their runners in the correct group by 11PM Thursday the 25th. Timing company will be getting bibs ready Friday morning the 26th.

**We will be using an automated timing system.

When registering online, please only enter runners who will be participating as we have to pay for each disposable timing chip. We are trying to avoid any unnecessary cost. Thank you for working with us on this.

25th Annual Macon County Invitational, hosted by Macon Bank & Trust. The meet will be held on the Cross Country course adjacent to Macon Co. High School. Courses are 5K and 2 miles. High school race fees are $50.00 team. $10 per runner for a team of less than 5. $100 for both boys and girls. The middle school race fees are $40.00 per team. $8 per runner for a team of less than 5. $80 for both boys and girls. Elementary races are free.

Parking: We are asking for a $5 donation per vehicle.

Unlimited entries in each race. We are trying to get the meet over before it gets too hot and will only have Jr Varsity races if numbers require it.

Course Walk through 6:30.

Boys Middle School 7:30 1st, 2nd and 3rd team plaques. Trophy top finisher. Top 15 individual medals.

Girls Middle School 8:00 1st, 2nd and 3rd team plaques. Trophy top finisher. Top 15 individual medals.

Girls High School 8:30 Team trophies 1st-3rd. Trophy top individual. Top 15 individual medals

Boys High School 9:10 Team trophies 1st-3rd. Trophy top individual. Top 15 individual medals

Girls Elementary 9:45 race (1 mile) Top 10 individual medals

Boys Elementary 10:00 race (1 mile) Top 10 individual medals
