4 in each event for now, could go up as we see how many teams sign up.
Entrance Fee -
There will be a $7.00 gate fee (including fee) to enter the track facility. We can not accept cash for entry! You can purchase in advance at the following link:
Or you can use a credit card to pay at the gate as we will have card readers attached to Ipads. You will have the ability to come and go as needed after you have paid.
If you bought a ticket for the original scheduled date, please bring the ticket on your phone and we will accept it.
We do accept cash and cards at the concession stand.
Parking -
No parking on any school roads or curbs on Coulter Grove Campus. Parking lots will be marked if open. Volunteers will be there to assist parking. Please follow signs for proper flow of traffic. We have a large field on one end of the track where we should have plenty of spots.
Spectator Areas -
Spectators are the only ones allowed to sit in permanent or temporary bleacher seating. Our permanent bleacher stands are about 40 yards long and cover the last half of the home-stretch side and extend just past the finish line. We have sets of 3-4 row "temporary bleachers placed so that certain field events can be viewed as best as possible. Spectators are also allowed to bring chairs / blankets to sit in certain grass areas. Spectators can not ever cross the track, please be aware that only athletes competing and/or coaches will be the only ones on the track surface or inside the track.
Team Areas -
Teams can set up their areas outside of lane 8 (at least 20 feet back from the track surface) around the first turn and down the backstretch. They may also use the hill side or top of the hill in that same area. Bring Tents/Canopies, Chairs, Tarps, etc. NO ATHLETES or coaches in any of the bleacher sets, or main stands.
Bathrooms / Port-a-johns -
We do not have a building with permanent bathrooms inside the main fenced track facility (coming in 2022?). There will be Port-a-johns set up on the home-stretch side of the facility. Some might be marked "ATHLETE ONLY", please respect that, as we don't want athletes being held up waiting for a restroom. The are permanent fully equipped bathrooms at the baseball field. That building is located about 100 yards or less from the main entrance to the track (to your right as you exit the track and just across the small road).
Spikes -
We only allow 1/4 inch (or smaller) pyramid spikes on our track. We will be checking spikes. Bring them when checking in for running events. NO needle, "christmas tree" style, or longer spikes will be allowed on the track.
Team Entry Fees -
There is no team entry fee for this meet.
