ENTRY DEADLINE FOR ATHLETES: APRIL 19th at midnight
Coaches,
Welcome to the 2nd annual Dave Emory Relays meet at Central High School. Dave Emory who was head track and field coach for 38 years at Central. During his reign, track earned multiple state championships. Coach Emory also played wingback and blocking back on UT varsity teams 1955-1957 under head coach Bowden Wyatt. Emory played on the 1956 SEC championship team and lettered as a senior in 1957. We are honored to name this meet after him.
ENTRY RULES: Each school will be limited to enter 4 athletes per event.
Gate admission: $5 for adults/students and under 6 are free
Awards: Ribbons to First, Second, Third place winners in each individual event and to members of each winning relay.
Coaches Hospitality: Will be under the stadium. Limited to coaches and officials only.
*Concession stand will be available
*Coaches Hospitality area will provide dinner and drinks for Coaches Only.
*Entry Limitations: Each team may enter a maximum of 4 athletes per event. Only one relay per school.
Tennessee rules limit athletes to a maximum of four events total (This includes the specialty relays in the meet)

Girls Shot (3 throws. Measure first legal mark, then 25 minimum.)
Boys discus (3 throws. Measure first legal mark, then 85 minimum.)
Boys long jump (3 jumps. Measure first legal jump, then 17 minimum)
Girls High Jump (4'0 opening height)
Boys shot (3 throws. Measure first legal mark, then 34 minimum.)
Girls discus (3 throws. Measure first legal mark, then 65 minimum.)
Girls long jump (3 jumps. Measure first legal jump, then 12' minimum)
Boys high jump (50 opening height)
Boys triple jump (3 jumps)
