Meet Information
This is a a fun 2-Mile race for elementary kids (3rd thru 5th grade) based in Germantown that will take place at Johnson Road Park on Monday, November 1st. The girls race will begin at 5:15 p.m. and the boys race will begin at 5:45 p.m. There will be an award ceremony at 6:15 p.m. The top ten individuals in each race will receive medals and the 1st place team will receive a trophy. We will also have popsicles after the race.
Girl Scout Troop 13367 is hosting the race where they will set up tables featuring their Silver Award Projects covering three main topics, protecting the Wolf River, importance of protecting skin from sun and 901 reading library. Houston Middle Cross Country team is also a sponsor as they have generously covered costs for the awards and athletes will be volunteering to help with the race.
