Field Events begin at 12:30 P.M.
Check in at your event, no practice/warm-up without an official at the event location.
Shot Put Boys followed by Girls- 3 attempts
Long Jump Boys followed by Girls- 3 attempts
High Jump Girls followed by Boys
Pole Vault Girls followed by Boys
Triple Jump Girls followed by Boys
Running Events begin at 1:30 P.M.
Girls will compete first followed by Boys in each event unless noted. Runners check in at start line of their race.

MYA will provide all of the necessary officials for the timing aspect of the meet, we will however need one coach to help with the completion of the field events.

Near the start line-
white line- 800/1600- 1 turn stagger
Gold line- open 400, 4x100
Dashed lines- exchange zone for 4x800 and 4x400
Red triangles- second exchange 4x200
Blue triangles- 3 turn stagger for 4x400
Hurdle marks-
blue dots- 110H
gold dots- 100H
red dots- 300H
Exchange zones-
4x100- gold triangles
4x200- 1st and 2nd exchange- red triangles, 3rd exchange- gold triangles
4x400- 3 turn stagger
