DUE TO COVID-19, WE HAVE TO LIMIT THE RACE TO THE FIRST 10 HIGH SCHOOL AND 10 MIDDLE SCHOOL TEAMS. PASSWORD IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY. YOU MAY GET THAT PASSWORD FROM COACH BILL WRASMAN (wrasmanw@pcsstn.com) .
IN ORDER TO HAVE THIS MANY TEAMS PRESENT AT THIS MEET, WE ARE ASKING THAT ONLY IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS (PARENTS/GUARDIAN AND SIBLINGS) ATTEND THE MEET AS SPECTATORS. UNDER TSSAA GUIDELINES, ALL SPECTATORS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS AND BE SCREENED UPON ARRIVAL AT THE MEET.
WE ARE ASKING ALL COACHES TO SCREEN THEIR ATHLETES PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT THE MEET, AND UPON ARRIVAL TO THE MEET, PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT YOUR RUNNERS HAVE BEEN SCREENED PURSUANT TO TSSAA GUIDELINES.

Site: Cookeville High School Cross Country Course
Directions: I-40 to exit #288 (Livingston/Sparta). Turn left on Hwy. 111 toward Livingston. Stay on 111 for 3 miles to the Cookeville/Algood exit. Turn left toward Cookeville. At the 5th traffic light turn right onto N.Washington. Stay on N. Washington past the main Cookeville High School entrance (1.3 mi.). Go .5 mile farther and turn right on Whiteaker Springs Rd. Go less than .1 mile, and turn right into gate and park on the old airport runway.
ENTRY -- You must enter online at Tennessee Runner (tn.mileplit.us/) DEADLINE IS 9/22/2020 at 11:00pm EST
(entries will not be complete by just entering team -- MUST enter athletes before your team will be considered for 10 team limit)
Entry Fees: The entry fee is $40 per High School varsity team (boys and girls are separate teams) or $10 for individual athletes. This fee may be mailed or paid at the meet. Schools entering in the JV races must have a team entry in a varsity race! The entry fee for Middle School is $30 each team (boys and girls are separate teams) or $7 per individual athlete. Each varsity race will be limited to 7 runners per team, with remaining athletes in jv races unlimited.

Distance: High School races will be 5k. / Middle School races will be 2 miles.

Awards will be available for coach to pickup following scoring of each race. There will be no awards ceremony.
