Track@LC Middle School off Harrison Road.
We will have FAT.
Coaches meeting at 4:30. Field Events at 4:45 PM. Hurdles at 5:15 PM.
Field Event Order: Boys HJ, Girls LJ, Boys Discus, Girls Shot - then switch.
Running: hurdles, 100, 4x200, 1600, 4x100, 400, 800, 200, 4x400 - B teams allowed in all relays
Limit 3 athletes per event, max 3 events per athlete.
Additional runners may be paced in a hand-timed heat of either the 1600 or 800.Those additional runners will not be entered on milesplit. Depending on numbers, boys and girls may run together in the hand-timed heat.
