Track@LC Middle School off Harrison Road.
We will have FAT.
Coaches Meeting at 4:30. Field Events at 4:40 PM, Hurdles at 5:00.
Running Events Order: Hurdles, 100, 1600, 4x100 (A & B teams), 400, 800, 200 (no 4x200 or 4x400)
You may substitute an athlete last minute, however they will run as the athlete they replace.
No race day entries.
