Varsity Entry

Limitations Each team will be allowed a maximum of three (3) entries in each individual event and one (1)

entry in each relay event. We will follow TSSAA rules. A contestant shall not

be entered in more than four (4) events, excluding relays.

JV Entry Limitations- Each team will be allowed a maximum of five (5) entries in each JV event.

MIddle School Limitations- (100, 200, 400- top 24 entries) (800, 1600- top 32 entries)

Qualifying Standards-  THERE ARE NO QUALIFYING STANDARDS. All heats will be seeded according to times

given. Faster heats race first.

Field Events All field events will be finals. Horizontal events (Throws,

LJ, TJ) will receive 4 attempts.

Entry Deadline All entries are due no later than April 20th noon. Entries/heat/flight sheets will be posted 4/21/20.

Field events will check in at the event location. You must check in 30 minutes before the event

to prevent being scratched.

Running events- Initial check-in for ALL running events will be at least 1 hour before the scheduled

start time of the event. Athletes must return to the clerk's tent 15 minutes prior to the start of their race. At this time, athletes will be required to remain in the clerk's tent until they are escorted to the starting line.

It is the responsibility of the athlete to check in their event. Once heats have been created we will not be able to add an athlete that has missed his/her check-in.
