AF Bridges XC Invitational 2019

EVENT SCHEDULE: (Awards Ceremony for races will be approx. 30 min after last finisher)

*Minimum Awards for  High School Varsity will be Top 25 plus 2 team awards

9:30am -Middle School BOYS RACE 2 miles - Awards dependent on teams &  runners entered

9:30am -Middle School GIRLS RACE 2 miles -Awards dependent on teams & runners entered

**if more than 80 girls are entered,...we will run them separately a few minutes after the Boys start.

10:10am -HIGH SCHOOL VARSITY GIRLS RACE 5K

10:12am -HIGH SCHOOL JV GIRLS RACE 5K 

10:45am -HIGH SCHOOL VARSITY BOYS RACE 5K

10:48am -HIGH SCHOOL JV BOYS RACE 5K

**Awards may be increased depending on the size of the races **Starting line will be at least 2 runners wide for each team

ENTRY FEES / TEAM SIZES: (Entry Fees will be based on 11:00pm, Tues,Sept.10th)

$ 8 for each Middle School runner until reaching a max gender team fee of $40 (Boys & Girls Team would be $80 total)

$10 for each High School runner until reaching a max gender team fee of $50 (Boys & Girls Team would be $100 total)

**ENTRY FEE MAX PER TEAM IS $100 --- ($50 per gender) 

SPECTATORS --

**NOTE- $5 entrance fee for spectators over 18 yrs old **Spectators will only be allowed to roam the most inner circle of the course.

TEAMS: Team scores require a minimum of five runners 

ELIGIBLITY: 8th graders TN school 8th graders may compete in HS race ONLY IF the athlete is allowed under TSSAA rules.

7th graders are not allowed to compete in the High School race. 

Middle School races are open to Middle School Teams and 4th thru 8th grade athletes only.

RESULTS: Posted after each race. Available online at tn.milesplit.com on Saturday afternoon

ONLINE ENTRY: All entries should be made online at tn.milesplit.com 

Meet Entry and athlete names deadline will be 11:00pm on Tuesday,September 10th.

There is a $35.00 additional charge for late team entries from Wednesday, Sept 11th thru Friday, Sept 13th.

Entry fees are not refundable costs for commitment of using the course, insurance, police, awards, port-a-johns,& timing are all pre-paid.

PARKING: Team Bus is next to the XC course. Spectator parking & Team Van parking is in the lots along Gaucho Road. ONLY Team Busses will be allowed to park in the grass lot off of Old Hickory Blvd. - all other parking will be in the Gaucho Road lots.

TEAM TENTS: Team tents will be required to locate in a specific area near the Start/Finish Line

Directions -use the intersection of Old Hickory Boulevard & Vaughn Road.

THERE IS A COLLEGIATE MEET IN THE AREA ALSO (over the hill) - be aware of where you are going.

IN CASE OF RAIN issues, CHECK THE ALLTRAXTIMING.COM WEBSITE for info. We will not cancel the meet. We will run in the rain as long as it isn't a downpour and as long as no lightning in the area. If there is, we would simply delay until conditions allow us to begin. Course could be altered in length of race if flooding in certain parts of the course.
