IMPORTANT UPDATED TIME SCHEDULE INFORMATION BELOW:
$5 per car parking fee
ATTENTION ALL COACHES --- due to the amount of rain received at the event complex,
PLAN B SCHEDULE will be put in place.
Please pass on this VERY IMPORTANT information to anyone (including parents) who is planning to attend.
We apologize for the inconvenience of the remnants from Hurricane Harvey. Race Day itself should be wonderful but the impact of the rain is dictating the need to change the schedule this year for parking purposes.
ALL TEAM BUSSES should arrive to the main complex entrance on Forest Hill Irene Road. Those busses will be directly to dry parking in the main stadium parking lot.
All other vehicles will park in designated dry spaces only - no grass parking.
THIS IS WHY IT IS IMPORTANT NOT TO COME TO THE MEET EXCEPT DURING YOUR WINDOW OF COMPETITION (see schedule below). There may only be sufficient parking if everyone comes during their competition window time.

MIDDLE SCHOOL WINDOW --
Gates will open at 11:45 am
only Middle School races will be able to enter the complex.
Race Schedule
1:30pm Middle School Girls
2:00pm Middle School Boys
All middle school competitors & associated spectators need to exit the complex by 3:00 pm
HIGH SCHOOL WINDOW --
High School teams/spectators SHOULD NOT ENTER the complex until 3:30pm
High School Race Times
5:30pm JV Girls
6:10pm JV Boys
6:40pm Varsity Girls
7:20pm Varsity Boys
All high school competitors & associated spectators need to exit the complex by 8:30pm
COLLEGE & UNIVERSITY WINDOW
College teams & spectators SHOULD NOT ENTER the complex until 7:45pm
College races:
9:40 pm College Women
10:20 pm College Men
