Coaches,
Due to the bad weather forecasts that is imminent on Thursday and some of the responses from most coaches, we are moving the meet to Friday where they say the weather is going to be ok in the afternoon. It is unfortunate, but we really do have to get some marks in as the Conference Championship is next week.
Please reply to this email to allow me to do a head count on who all can make this meet. I'm sorry for the conflicts this may have caused, but this is the best solution I can come up with. I will leave registration open until Thursday 8pm for you to fill your spots.
