We have just finished a great month on TennesseeRunner.com. We saw an increase in 20% of traffic from last March. Knowing that 2012 new track and field season has brought a number of newcomers to the site I wanted everyone to see the features are normally exclusive our subscribers.
But first why do we charge a subscription?
The simple answer is it takes resources (time, equipment and staff) to provide the coverage we do. Subscriptions allow you to access our database which we believe is unmatched in any high school track and field website. The database lets you view performances at an individual level or a more macro level of a team or across the entire state. If you have done any work with databases you know they can be stubborn. The results that are posted need to be linked to individual athletes before they show in the MileSplit database.
