Outstanding race Michelle. You finished in 5th place with a time of 22:38, both season bests. It was the hottest race of the season to date (95 degrees). Most of the other runners struggled with the heat yet you persevered and posted your best time. Great job! Looking forward to a good race this weekend.

Michelle you ran much better this week and competed well, especially in the last mile. Your time of 23:30 was over 1:30 faster than last year at this time. Continue to focus on your mental approach and you will get to where you want to be.
