REGULAR ENTRY FORMAT KIL is moving to the week of May 2, 2011 The METRO-8 will change to a REGULAR MEET FORMAT Friday May 6
At Oak Ridge High School
Field Events (3 entries per school in each Field Event) 4:30 PM Girls Pole Vault Boys PV (report) Girls Triple Jump Boys Triple Jump Girls Discus (Boys follow) Boys Shot Put (Girls follow) Girls High Jump Boys High Jump 5:30 PM Girls Long Jump Boys Long Jump Track Events 5:00 PM OPEN 800 run (no limit on entries per school) *The seeded 800 (top 16) will run later in the normal event location 5:30 PM OPEN 3200 run (no limit on entries per school) 6:00 PM OPEN 1600 run (no limit on entries per school) *The seeded 1600 (top 16) will run later in the normal event location 6:30 PM Track Events (1 relay and 3 entries per Track Event / JV 4x800 are welcome) Normal TSSAA order of events
ENTRY INFORMATION Tennessee Runner online entry for 2011 METRO-8 Track and Field Meet Online entry can be updated until midnight Wednesday May 4 Entry fee will be $50.00 per team ($100.00 for Girls and Boys team) CHAMPIONSHIP (ugly) t-shirts will awarded to event winners METRO-8 GOAL Excellent competition in every event
