    FINAL MEET INFORMATION FOR YOU AND YOUR TEAMS

    Meet is at Dominion HS, 21326 Augusta Dr, Sterling, VA 20164

      • Heats/ Flights can be found at the live results link.  Please send to your team and parents. https://milesplit.live/meets/581880
      • Meet will start promptly at 9am so arrive as early as you need to (we will be there by 7am)
      • Coaches meeting at 8:30am; Coaches meals tickets will be given out at the meeting.
      • With so many field athletes, we will do 3 Jumps/throws no finals.  Long and Triple Jump will be open pit; Shot and Disc will be flights.
      • High Jump starting heights TBD at Coaches meeting
      • Blocks may only be allowed in first 3 heats of varsity 400m and first 2 heats of 9th grade 400m; TBD by starter and clerk based on pace of meet and athlete readiness
      • Unless Coaches disagree at the coaches meeting, 4x800 boys and girls combined (only 4 girls teams)
      • Thank you to the teams running our field events (Shot Put/Discus -Dominion/Heritage; Long/Triple Jump - Dominion; High Jump NVHAA.)  ANYONE ELSE WILLING TO PROVIDE A COACH TO RUN LONG JUMP OR TRIPLE JUMP CAN TAKE $50 OFF THEIR ENTRY FEE.  We will have volunteers for you!
      • Buses enter between Dominion and Seneca Ridge middle School and proceed to the track in the back of the school for dropoff.  Bus parking will be in the Bus lot you drove through on the way to the track between the school.
      • Spectator parking available in front of Dominion HS or in Seneca Middle School parking lot.  No parking behind the school by the track (its a short walk from either DHS lot or Seneca)
      • Please bring entry fee check if you haven't sent it already.
      • Concessions will be available all day (cash and credit accepted)
      • Limited edition ShamROCK Invitational T-shirts for sale - $20 each (cash or credit accepted).  Only 200 total available so buy early.
      • Tents will be allowed in the bleachers assuming the wind forecast doesn't change.  Tents also can be set up behind the concession stand on the upper field.
      • WEAR GREEN!

      • Meet Schedule (estimated) here and  has been posted to Milestat.  We will run all track events on a rolling schedule so athletes will need to pay attention.  Field events will also roll to next flight / event as quickly as possible.

Get your season started right for all of your athletes with an invitational with high entry limits and separate 9th grade races for 100, 400, and 1600!

Medals to top 3 in each event including Relays and 9th grade events.  Team trophies to top teams (9th grade events not included in team scoring)

ENTRIES

8 per individual event, 2 4x100 and 4x400 relays, 3 4x800 relays.

6 per 9th grade event

Hopefully that is enough to get all of your athletes into this meet but if you need extra entries, reach out and we will see what we can do

EVENTS

All standard VA outdoor track events except NO POLE-VAULT

T-SHIRTS will be for sale at $20 each

CONCESSIONS will be open

ENTRY FEES

$300 per school 

$50 discount if you agree to run a field event.  We will provide the volunteers if you can provide the coach or other responsible adult to run the event!
